24hr Market Overview πŸ“ˆ

NFT Market Volume

Opensea traded $130.21 million on Monday, as trading activity remains strong leading up to Yuga Lab's Otherside land sale later this week.

Bored Apes traded 2,449 ETH, whilst Mutant Apes traded 2,790 ETH and Bored Ape Kennel Club closed 2,231 ETH in volume. The trio of Yuga labs projects all saw decently solid volume, however, it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Yesterday it was announced that Yuga Lab's auction for land in their metaverse would have an initial supply of 100,000 pieces of land. 30,000 were reserved for BAYC and MAYC holders and then the rest would be a dutch auction, you can read more about the process here.

Akutar, who initially botched their launch a couple of days ago, airdropped holders a new NFT yesterday, which saw 1,579 sales totaling 5,315 ETH, a strong first day in sales for the project. So far, the perception of the art has been positive and holders seem contempt with how Akutar has so far resolved the issues they faced at launch.

NFT Floor Changes

Whilst the Yuga labs trio saw strong trading volume, they all suffered from small losses, as did many other projects in the ecosystem.

Mutant Ape Yacht Club (40 ETH, -2.42%) saw very small losses but was so far able to hold onto its 40 ETH floor. Bored Ape Kennel Club (12.24 ETH, -8.66%) saw larger losses but is still up 67.67% in the past week, and Bored Ape Yacht Club (138 ETH, -3.1%) again saw very small losses, similar to MAYC.

Other projects which the community had originally speculated would be receiving an airdrop for Otherside land saw losses as no such no news was announced. This includes Meebits (4.86 ETH, -18.86%), CrypToadz (2.74 ETH, -29.38%) and Cool Cats (6.63 ETH, -4.6%).

Zenape (0.28 ETH, +40.7%) saw a pump in floor price, with the floor now sitting at its highest in over a month after it was announced that Zenape holders would be given a whitelist raffle entry to 9GAGs Memeland project.
