NFT Market Recap
On Tuesday, Opensea traded $17.45 million whilst Magic Eden traded $8.73 million.
Moonrunners was the most traded ETH project with 1000 ETH in sales, the project is sitting at a 0.39 ETH floor. We're really impressed with how strong the community for the free mint has become, with every tweet the project puts out getting great engagement and lots of the community using their Moonrunner as their profile picture.
ENS: Ethereum Name Service saw a big increase in volume yesterday, this came as we saw a big 200 ETH bid for 000.ETH. ENS names allow users to map their Ethereum dress to a human-readable name, such as 'Alice.eth'.
Since there are only a limited number of 3 character combinations available, the current floor for these 3 digit ENS names sits at around $25k, higher than a bitcoin!
We have also seen Arabic & Chinese character ENS flying in recent days, with many purchasing 3 digits in hopes that they replicate the success of the 3-digit English ENS. I saw this interesting take from @exitliquidity1 and tend to agree with his assessment on the Chinese numbers.
The only people buying/speculating on 3digit Chinese character ENS domains are people who don’t know anything about Chinese. lol you think Chinese speakers just missed them? That you, the clueless English speaker beat them to it? 😂

The same reason no one cares about fiveeightfive.eth the characters are how you ‘spell’ numbers, not write them. Chinese use number numbers. They want actual digits. Writing 五八五 (585) in Chinese is 6key strokes wubawu (8 if you include switching the keyboard back and forth)
