On Tuesday, Opensea traded $15.75 million, a fairly average day for Opensea. Over on Magic Eden, there was $6.37 million in sales, as Solana NFT sales continue to decline.

Crypto Punks have continued to see a large number of purchases, including yesterday, when Punk #4464 sold for 2500 ETH ($2.6M). This sale is the joint 4th highest punk sale in ETH, however since the value of ETH is down roughly 75% from the highs, the USD valuation of the sale is much lower than the other top 10 sales.

In December, another rare punk that sold for 2500 ETH was valued at roughly $10.26 million whereas yesterday's sale was valued at $2.6 million.

Crypto Punks will always hold a special place in the NFT space and despite BAYC having a higher floor price, I think Crypto Punks is the one project that you can bet on long term if you believe in NFTs.

⚖️ In Britain, you can now use the blockchain to sue someone. A UK judge gave the go-ahead to serve legal documents -- the process of bringing a lawsuit to a person’s attention -- over the blockchain ledger by a nonfungible token for the first time, according to court documents made public this week.

🏢 UK studio PLP Architecture has created 5,000 NFTs based on the concept for a virtual skyscraper in the metaverse. The architecture studio collaborated with VerseProp, which describes itself as the "leading metaverse property platform", to create the collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
