NFT Market Recap
On Monday, Opensea traded $17.32 million in what was a mostly positive day for the markets
Azuki (11.99 ETH, +20.02%) saw a solid day of gains, as did CLONE X (11 ETH, +6.28%) and Doodles (13.37 ETH, +6.54%). It's nice to see these projects find strong buying support and shows us that the NFT space had been heavily oversold.
CryptoPunks (67.40 ETH, -1.46%) saw a slight retracement coming off the back of the announcement which was made over the weekend, this retracement is somewhat expected after the project had pumped over 40% in 3 days.
NFT NYC started yesterday, and a video was posted by @bobbyhundreds on Twitter showing an Anti-NFT protest. This video caught on like wildfire, going insanely viral. The video was in fact a marketing stunt by the project Adam Bomb Squad (0.43 ETH, +10.26%) and not a real protest.
Bored Ape Yacht Club (89.49 ETH, -2.73%) was in the spotlight yesterday after a video went viral on Youtube with claims that the project has ties and took inspiration from Nazi ideology. These claims have been lingering for months on this website. If you'd like to watch the full video (it's long) you can do so below.
The man behind the original claims has created his own re-minted Bored Ape collection, if he was really so concerned with some of the traits in the original Bored Ape collection, surely he would have removed them from his new collection?
We'll let you guys watch the video and formulate your own opinions, although a lot of the points made in the video seem to be at best huge stretches.
