NFT Market Volume

On Monday, Opensea traded $72.98 million, this small decrease in volume came as crypto markets suffered a bloody day with almost all coins starting to look bearish.

Volume was very flat across much of the NFT space, Los Muertos World was one of the highest trading projects, closing at 1,141 ETH. After the news that Los Muertos purchased metaverse land, many high profile Bored Ape Yacht Club holder's started tweeting about the project, bringing in fresh eyes and new money.

OFFICIAL KREEPY CLUB revealed its art yesterday, leading to a strong day of trading volume, with 3,880 sales totaling 1,054 ETH. The reception so far has been fairly positive, with Twitter users enjoying the 3 distinct art styles within the collection.

Most blue chips saw very stagnant trading volumes, Bored Ape Yacht Club had 7 total sales totaling 848 ETH, which is a very average day for the project over the past 2 weeks.

NFT Floor Changes

There's been a mixture of price movements over the past 24 hours, with some projects responding well to the wider markets and others not so well.

Bored Ape Yacht Club (112.95 ETH, +7.57%) regained the small losses that were made on Monday morning, with the project still sitting close to all-time floor highs.

 BEANZ (5 ETH, +9.19%) which was the project airdropped to Azuki holders 2 weeks ago saw a moderate bounce in floor price. The project had fallen from highs of 5.8 ETH to lows of 4.3 ETH yesterday before bouncing back up to 5 ETH. The project is sitting in a very narrow price range so it will be interesting to see how the art reveal pans out, which is predicted to be sometime this week.

Arcade Land (0.85 ETH, -12.37%) has seen volatile price action over the past week, with the project starting at a 0.6 ETH floor a week ago, surpassing 1 ETH twice before falling back to 0.85 ETH. Competition is fierce in the metaverse space, with many waiting for Bored Ape Yacht Clubs Otherside land sale, which may have been teased by Coinbase yesterday.

🐒 Leading Crypto exchange, Coinbase, has announced that it will be backing and producing a trilogy of films around the Bored Ape Yacht Club brand. The first of the three short films, aptly named the 'Degen Trilogy' will debut at the annual NFT event, NFT.NYC, with Bored Ape owners being invited to submit their apes for consideration as characters.

🎵 The Sydney-based musical NFT marketplace, Serenade, has raised $6 million in a seed funding round led by investors such as Hugh Jackman and Damian Christian of Atlantic Records. The platform will allow music fans to collect NFTs from their favourite artists.

Scam Warnings

❌ A possible new scam technique has been raised that appears to show a 'loading' image that allows a hacker to compromise your discord token. Do not interact with unsolicited links that you receive in your DMs!

❌ Ongoing Warning - If you are tagged in a seemingly high profile projects' 'founders' tweet like below, do not click the link. It is likely fake and in the event that a project like Azuki or Bored Ape Yacht Club does a stealth drop - the founders will not tag you en masse. These are scams, even if the account is verified.
