On Wednesday, Opensea traded $16.31 million whilst Magic Eden traded $8.58 million. It was a negative day in the Crypto markets, with most coins seeing some kind of retracement after the recent recovery bounce, this came as Bitcoins ETF was rejected. With ETH dropping -6% back close to $1000, most of the NFT market saw small retraces in price.

After an impressive few days, Moonrunners has started to struggle, currently sitting at a 0.3 ETH floor, down over 50% from its highs with volume also declining by over 50%. Unless there is a second wave of hype or the project manages to find support around these levels, the price will likely continue to bleed lower.

WZRDS was the most traded project over the past 24 hours, with 1,977 ETH in activity, it's nice to see a project pushing near 2000 ETH in one day again although this still falls far short of just a couple of months ago when new projects would trade upwards of 4000 ETH on their first day. WZRDS was a free mint but currently sits at a 0.315 ETH floor.

Recently, there has been a lot of money to be made on free mints, which are often hard to find because they pop up unexpectedly and only gain traction once they mint out fast. Free mints seem to generally have a shorter life cycle with less upside potential (besides goblintown.wtf). However, it is nice to see the current meta be free mints versus overpriced collections or whitelists.

⚽ French footballer Kylian Mbappé is following fellow superstars Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi into the world of non-fungible tokens by becoming an investor in a SoftBank-backed fantasy football platform. Mbappé, 23, will also become a brand ambassador for Sorare, which operates an online game where players can create football teams based on the digital trading cards they own. Read more here.

The latest scandal saw an employee at its email delivery vendor, Customer.io, share its entire mailing list with an unauthorized external party, resulting in the details of everyone trusting this personal information with OpenSea being exposed.
