Over the weekend we saw moderately strong trading activity in comparison to recent weeks. On Saturday, $20.97 million in sales, and on Sunday, $17.71 million.

One project which saw explosive growth over the weekend and stole all of the limelight was The Saudis, this was a meme project in homage to the rumors and memes that have been spreading around Crypto Twitter over the past few weeks that Saudi Arabia would buy Bitcoin and save the markets.

The project was a free mint, which rapidly exploded in volume, peaking on Saturday with over 4000 ETH in sales on Opensea. The collections floor briefly sat as high as 2.5 ETH however price has since retraced. Currently, the project has a 0.75 ETH floor.

Crypto Punks have had a strong month since the markets found support. The OG collection currently sits at a 77 ETH floor, over 60% higher than the lows of June and 20% just this week. There were also a number of big sales over the weekend with the project being the highest traded on Opensea besides The Saudis.

⚽ Paris Saint-Germain F.C. (PSG), the winning football club of the French Ligue 1, is selling NFT tickets worth $220,000 for its friendly matches this month with local teams in Japan. The NFT ticket will give access to the stadium’s VIP room and the VIP party where buyers can get their photo taken with PSG players.
